Shipping and Return

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If you have received a defective product, please contact our support team. We will replace the product for you or refund your money (if the product is in severely damaged condition).
Please provide the order number, a photo of the product as a whole, a photo of the defective location, and a photo of the shipping label on the outer box of the package.

How do we ship?

XINPUGUANG offers a variety of shipping options and offers free shipping on many of our products. Whether or not shipping charges will be applied is indicated on the product's page. We will ship according to your address and order, taking into account our warehouse location and stock availability. Your order will be shipped in multiple packages or to different warehouse addresses. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and weekends. You will be notified by email once the package has been shipped.

If there is an error in your purchase, please contact us. If a package is not shipped, we will cancel the order. Once the package has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Any orders that require replacement due to shipping errors or damage in transit will be sent via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

We are using a third party carrier and we expect a high level of service from the third party carrier.
Shipments are subject to force majeure and human factors in transit. We strongly urge you to check and verify the status of your package as soon as you receive it.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

We want to give you a good shopping experience. We realize that for whatever reason, you may decide to return the product you have purchased.

For new, undamaged, unmodified products
For such products, XINPUGUAG offers a 15-day return policy. Returns of products older than 15 days require special authorization. Any return request submitted will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. In the case of product modifications, XINPUGUANG will not accept your return as this will void our warranty policy. If you send us a modified product for a refund, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that XINPUGUANG will waive the 10% restocking fee and pay the return shipping costs for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product not as advertised, incorrect product, or additional products you did not order. For any reason other than these, the customer is responsible for shipping and return fees.

We value our customer relationshipbig wants to maintain our friendly relationship. Therefore, we are providing you with a brief explanation of our return fees. All products returned by customers must be inspected and tested by our technical support and engineering departments to ensure performance and continuity before they can be re-stocked for sale. This fee is not simply a processing fee, but an attempt to cover the labor costs involved in the return of a customer's product.

Replacement
If you have any problems with your product, please contact our technical support via "Contact Us". Our representatives will assist you in troubleshooting your product and if any damage occurs due to manufacturing or our shipping process, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. If a replacement is necessary, we will arrange for return shipping of the used part. Once the part is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement part. If damage occurs due to mishandling during setup or installation, whether by a professional or a customer, then the product is no longer eligible for a replacement or refund.

My order is missing or not received, what should I do?

We send packages based on your order, combined with our warehouse location and stock status, and your order will be dispatched in several packages. When you receive only one of these packages, please contact us.
We will inform you by email after we send the parcel, the email contains the tracking number, you can check the tracking status. If there is an exception, please contact us.

Solar Panels

Why is the output power of my solar panel not as advertised?

The power output of solar panels is influenced by many factors. Light irradiance and temperature are the main factors that affect the power output of solar panels, as well as dust on the surface of the solar panel and the angle at which the solar panel is mounted. The power rating of a solar panel is the power tested under standard conditions (lrradiance 1000w/m2, temperature 25°C, AM=1.5). Light irradiance and temperature are constantly changing, and these affect the output of the solar panel.

Should I connect the solar panels in series or in parallel?

Whether the solar panels are connected in series or parallel depends on your needs. Series is a voltage stack and parallel is a current stack. Depending on your battery voltage, you can determine whether the solar panel is connected in series or parallel.

Will panels still charge on cloudy days?

The current output of the solar panel depends on the intensity of the light. On cloudy days the power is generated normally, but the output is minimal.
